  Carrying active general liability insurance Minimum $1M general liability coverage maintained for the duration of their time in our network.

  Verified positive reputation We review Google, Yelp, and BBB ratings before accepting any contractor. Contractors with unresolved complaints or patterns of negative reviews are not accepted.

  Locally owned and operated We prioritize independently owned local businesses over national franchises and chains — the people who actually live and work in these communities.

  Responsive and professional Contractors in our network are expected to respond to leads promptly and treat every homeowner with professionalism. We monitor this and act if standards slip.

  Serving the specific communities on our platform We only refer within a contractor's genuine service area — no out-of-area dispatching.
